She also focuses on compliance support, providing advice on how to prevent misconduct and what to do in the event of misconduct, by providing external contact for the internal reporting system and compliance training. In the corporate area, she has audited the drafting of contracts for business-to-business transactions and provided regulatory research and advice on measures to be taken in connection with the launch of new businesses. She also handles a wide range of litigation and other dispute resolution procedures, including labor matters.
